Earlier Work

Before 2006, I focused on family, travel, music, and independent creative study. During that time, I traveled throughout Europe and Central Asia, raised my children, and explored a wide range of artistic disciplines, including illustration, fine art, stained glass, ceramics, book repair, puppetry, costuming, and leatherwork.

Today, I continue to work in mixed media, primarily acrylics, oils, pen and ink, and pencil. Although my last public art exhibition was in 1991, creative practice continues to inform my work in preservation, broadcasting, and storytelling.
